At Planeta Basket Store, you can choose the most convenient way to receive your order:

DPD Pickup – Delivery to a pickup point
Choose a nearby DPD Pickup point and collect your order when it is most convenient for you.

CTT – Home delivery
Receive your order directly at the address provided, choosing from the available CTT delivery options.

Collection from PB Store – Queluz
Collect your order free of charge from our store in Queluz during opening hours.

FREE SHIPPING

Planeta Basket Store offers free shipping on all orders over €100 to mainland Portugal. Orders will be shipped using the CTT 48 service.

CASH ON DELIVERY

For cash on delivery orders, payment is made when the order is delivered or collected. When selecting this payment method, €3.50 will be added to the total order amount.

DPD PICKUP RATES – MAINLAND PORTUGAL

DPD Pickup allows you to receive your order at a pickup point of your choice. During checkout, you can search for and select the most convenient Pickup point.

Your order will be available for collection on the next business day after dispatch.

As soon as your order arrives at the selected Pickup point, you will receive an SMS notification and will have 7 business days to collect it. Two days before this period expires, you will receive a second SMS reminder. If the order is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender.

For DPD Lockers, the order will be available for collection for 72 hours (3 days).

CTT 19 RATES – MAINLAND PORTUGAL

The CTT 19 service delivers your order to the address provided on the next business day after dispatch.

Planeta Basket Store dispatches orders daily until 17:00 (GMT).

Orders received by 17:00 (GMT) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 17:00 (GMT) will be dispatched on the next business day.

When your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an e-mail from Planeta Basket Store with the tracking number and a direct link to track your order on the CTT website.

If delivery cannot be made to the address provided, please follow the instructions provided by CTT for collection of your order.

Orders are transported by air.

When your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an e-mail from Planeta Basket Store with the tracking number and a direct link to track your order on the CTT website.

If delivery cannot be made to the address provided, please follow the instructions provided by CTT for collection of your order.
