BRAND INFORMATION
ANTA is a pioneering Chinese brand of sporting goods, which nowadays occupies a relevant position in the international market. Its culture is explicit in the meaning of its logo: "the spirit of the Olympic Games", as well as in all its products that seek to embody the spirit of modern sport and integrate national and international concepts. Founded in 1999, ANTA initially associated its image with one of Chinese main sports, table tennis. Kong Linghui was the first spokesperson for the brand's image, followed by other renowned table tennis players such as Wang Hao, Liu Shiwen or Zhang Jike.
The growth of ANTA and its notoriety led to the expansion to other sports and to other Chinese athletes such as Zou Shiming, Chen Penbin or Zheng Zhi. But the brand's internationalization really took place through basketball and in particular the NBA. Kevin Garnett, Luis Scola, Rajon Rondo, Chandler Parsons and more recently Klay Thompson have become international references for the Chinese brand, helping it to establish itself in the global market.
From a technological point of view, ANTA is strongly committed to the application of sports science and innovation in the development of high performance, having set up the only national sports science laboratory certified in the industry, in which more than 40 national patents were granted in the first 9 years of activity. Knowing the different needs of international consumers, ANTA has built an international design team made up of designers from China, USA, Italy, France, Belgium, Japan, Korea, among others, introducing more than 3000 new styles of footwear, clothing and accessories each year.
