We want to make your PB Store shopping experience quick and easy, and to this end we accept the following payment options:

• Payment on delivery - Only available to customers in mainland Portugal and Spain
• ATM - Only available to customers in Portugal
• MB WAY - Only available to customers in Portugal

• Bank transfer

PAYPAL

Comfortable and safe method with quick shipping of the product. You can pay using your PayPal account or, in case you don’t have one, the PayPal system allows you to safely pay with credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) after logging in.

The payment is made through PayPal safe pages that automatically encripts your confidential data using the best Technologies available today.

This payment method is available to all Planeta Basket Store clients.

BANK TRANSFER

Very convenient and safe method of payment. From home (HomeBanking), at an ATM, or at the counter of your bank, you can make a bank transfer in favor of:

To complete the payment through bank transfer, you will receive an e-mail with the data presented above. This payment method is available to all Planeta Basket Store clients.

If you wish a quick expedition, plese send us an e-mail with a valid proof of payment.

If you use HomeBanking, you can request the sending of the proof of the operation to our email: pbs@planetabasketstore.com. If you do, you must include the order number and/or your name in the transfer description.

If you do not provide any proof of payment, the order will only be sent after confirmation of the transfer to our account.

PAYMENT ON DELIVERY

Comfortable and safe method with quick shipping of the product. This modality consists in the collection of the amounts by order from the Sender at the Recipient adress or at any Post Office. Has the disadvantage of an additional cost per delivery of 3.00 € in Portugal and 3.50 € in Spain.

This payment method is only available to customers in Portugal and Spain.

In Portugal the payment must be made by cash, or alternatively by check made payable to the order of Ivan Vassilev Kostourkov.

In Spain the payment must be made exclusively in cash, and only for amounts below 500 €.

While registering your order, you must provide a valid phone contact for confirmation of the delivery and delivery address of your order. 

MULTIBANCO - ATM

Very convenient and safe method of payment. Proceed to the payment in an ATM, on your Bank website (HomeBanking) or through your App. To do this, enter the data (Entity, ATM Reference and Value) that you will receive by email.

This payment method is only available to customers in Portugal. 

MB WAY

Very convenient, safe and quick payment method. Pay your orders through the MB WAY App from your Smartphone or Tablet. During payment, you will need to enter the phone number associated with your MB WAY account and will immediately receive a notification on your mobile device. To finalize the transaction, you must confirm this payment authorization within the stated time limit (5 min).

This payment method is only available to customers in Portugal.
